Craig Bishop is a retired Special Operations Senior Enlisted Leader with more than 30 years of experience guiding large, high-performing military organizations. Craig served as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 75th Ranger Regiment, 1st Infantry Division, and, in his final assignment, the nation’s premier Joint Special Operations Command, providing strategic leadership, talent management, and oversight of global readiness for thousands of personnel. In his career, he advised senior military leaders and helped shape programs that strengthened education, development, and human performance across diverse communities.

Throughout his service, Craig was known for cultivating strong organizational cultures, driving readiness across global missions, and mentoring leaders at every level. His expertise spans leadership development, community support, family resilience initiatives, and large-scale organizational management. Craig brings that same commitment to purpose-driven service to the TF-7294 Foundation community.

He and his wife, Holly, have been married for 21 years and reside in North Carolina.
