David Bowers

David Bowers is a proven strategic advisor with over 25 years of leadership in intelligence, global risk, special operations and crisis operations. He brings deep expertise in navigating complex geopolitical environments, leading multinational teams, and advising senior decision-makers across defense, government, and private sectors.

David’s core strengths lie in strategic intelligence, enterprise risk management, electronic warfare, cyber resilience, and organizational transformation. He has directed global operations across Europe, the Middle East, South and Southeast Asia, and Africa—often in volatile, high-stakes settings. His leadership experience includes commanding the 504th Expeditionary Military Intelligence Brigade, Senior Intelligence Officer (J2) for SOCCENT FWD Task Force, commander of 163rd Military Intelligence Battalion and Deputy Squadron Commander in numerous Special Operations Special Mission Units. He has also held senior roles at the National Security Agency and within Special Operations Command, where he led sensitive intelligence operations, cross functional and multi-national teams and interagency coordination.

David holds advanced degrees in Strategic Acquisitions (National Defense University), Strategic Intelligence (National Intelligence University), and Global Business Leadership (University of San Diego), along with dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and History from Southern Methodist University.
