DJ Blake is a Special Operations veteran with 30 years of experience leading, training, and shaping some of the nation’s highest-performing Special Operations organizations. In his final assignment he served as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the premier Joint Special Operations forces. He provided strategic leadership, operational oversight, and cultural direction at the highest levels of national security.

As a proven executive, DJ elevated organizational performance, strengthened culture, and mobilized teams to achieve ambitious outcomes. His expertise spans leadership development, transformation initiatives, executive coaching, talent acquisition, mentorship, and complex program management.

DJ and his family reside in Michigan where they remain active within their community.
