Frank Sawicki is a retired Special Operations Senior Enlisted Advisor with over 26 years of distinguished service in leadership, training, and operations. Throughout his career, Frank served in critical operational and strategic roles within the Special Operations community, culminating his service as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to a deployed Joint Task Force spanning five continents, where he led global operations and implemented policy spanning two presidential administrations. He is widely recognized for his creativity, composure, and candor in high-pressure environments.

Since transitioning from the military in 2022, Frank has established himself in the defense technology sector. He actively serves as a trusted advisor to multiple technology firms, leveraging his operational and business expertise to guide go-to-market strategy, risk mitigation, and operations. Deeply committed to the veteran and intelligence communities, he also serves as an Ambassador for TF-7294, helping transitioning veterans and fostering lifelong community for its members and families

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis from Norwich University and is currently completing his Master of Business Administration from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a focus in Entrepreneurship.
