Michael Arango is a first-year MBA candidate at Emory University and an Army veteran who served as an intelligence analyst in the 75th Ranger Regiment alongside LTC Goshen and SFC Rodriguez. Over eight years, Michael deployed four times to Afghanistan and once to Central Asia. He continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he strives to lead by example and was named NCO of the Year for his unit in 2024.

At Emory, he serves as a student ambassador and volunteers with the Kyle Pease Foundation, where he supports wheeled athletes by pushing their chairs in road races. After business school, Michael aims to become a business leader focused on developing others and demonstrating that enlisted soldiers can succeed at the highest levels, including in prestigious institutions and corporate leadership roles.
