Transformational Growth Program Deputy

 2026 - Present

Mo Seck

Mohamed “Mo” Seck has spent the past decade working in national security and defense, leading teams in cyber operations and intelligence and working to make sense of complex and fast-moving threats in support of decision-making. His work has taken him across a range of missions and environments where clarity, trust, and steady leadership are essential.

He began his career embedded with a U.S. Army Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA), an experience that shaped his commitment to those in the field and the broader community that supports them. He later supported United States Special Operations Command in a range of roles, advising leaders and contributing to efforts at the intersection of people, technology, and mission.

Today, he continues to focus on building teams, strengthening partnerships, and advancing work that supports the broader national security community and the warfighter.

Outside of his professional work, Mr. Seck is grounded in service and community. An avid outdoorsman, he will lead a transformational growth pillar for TF-7294, beginning with outdoor initiatives designed to bring members together, strengthen connection, and support long-term resilience.

He holds a degree in International Relations and Anthropology and speaks Arabic, French, and Wolof.
