Resiliency and Growth Director
2025 - Present
Shauna Brock
Shauna Brock is an Army veteran and servant leader with over 20 years of experience in intelligence, counterterrorism, and cyber operations, working for both the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Her commitment to national security was ignited on 9/11, when she watched the tragic events unfold in real time from a classroom at the United States Military Academy, during the early days of her senior year. This pivotal moment led Shauna to dedicate her life to supporting national security through intelligence.
Shauna’s military career includes more than a dozen deployments in support of Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) operations across North Africa, the Middle East, and Southwest Asia. During these deployments, she gained firsthand experience in the complexities of targeting and intelligence support in both DTAC and ODTAC environments. Her expertise spans a wide range of operations, from offensive cyber operations to direct embedded targeting support overseas.
At her core, Shauna is a problem-solver and a people-focused leader. Since transitioning to the private sector in 2021, she has led teams supporting offensive cyber operations for the Intelligence Community. She remains deeply passionate about supporting veterans, particularly those facing challenges during their transition to civilian life.
In 2017, following a six-month deployment with the Task Force in Irbil, Shauna faced a devastating personal tragedy when her husband of 11 years, Ben Brock, took his own life at the age of 32. Ben, a former command member, had struggled with PTSD stemming from his deployments with the 10th Mountain Division. Despite this immense loss, Shauna, supported by her family and close-knit group of friends from her military community, found the strength to persevere. She turned her grief into advocacy, after being given a chance to be a growth and resilience leader for TF-7294 where she aims to make a lasting impact on the lives of those who have sacrificed for this country.
Shauna holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy and a Master’s in Intelligence Studies from American Military University. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, coaching baseball, and working with the Skull Games Task Force to combat human trafficking. These activities help keep her grounded and focused on making a positive impact in both her personal and professional life.
